Here are some quick and easy fruit smoothie recipes from Dr. Smoothie himself. These fruit smoothie recipes are great for breakfast, as an after workout cool down, or simply a healthy treat. You can also add protein powder to any smoothie recipe below for a delicious meal replacement smoothie.

Berry Burst:

Yield: 16 oz. finished beverage

3 oz. orange juice
5 oz. Dr. Smoothie Four Berry Concentrate
14 oz. cup of ice

Add the ingredients, in the order listed, above and blend.
Pulse in 1/4 cup of your choice of berries for 2 seconds.

Taste Profile: vibrant berry blend with faint orange notes
Options: for stronger orange flavor, add more orange juice.

Raspberry Splash

Yield: 16 oz. finished beverage

2 oz. water
6 oz. Dr. Smoothie Four Berry Blend Concentrate
2 inch banana
14 oz. cup of ice

Add the ingredients, in the order listed, above and blend.
Pulse in 1/4 cup of raspberries for 2 seconds.

Taste Profile: berry flavor with a kick of raspberry and a creamy texture from the banana

Berry Orange Sky

Yield: 16 oz. finished beverage

2 oz. orange juice
6 oz. Dr. Smoothie Strawberry Banana Concentrate
16 oz. cup of ice

Pulse in 1/4 cup of strawberries for 2 seconds.

St. Cloud

Yield: 16 oz. finished beverage

2 oz. water 5 oz. Dr. Smoothie Strawberry Banana Concentrate
1 tsp Dr. Smoothie Vanilla Cream
16 oz. cup of ice

Add the ingredients, in the order listed, above and blend.
Pulse in 1/4 cup of strawberries for 2 seconds.

Taste Profile: creamy strawberry banana with bits of strawberry

Fruit Medley

Yield: 16 oz. finished beverage

3 oz. water 4 oz. Dr. Smoothie Strawberry Concentrate
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup seedless black grapes
1/4 kiwi
14 oz. cup of ice

Taste Profile: medley of bright fruit flavors

Options: Add 1 tbsp pomegranate juice

Strawberry Banana Cabana

Yield: 16 oz. finished beverage

2 oz. water 4 1/2oz. Dr. Smoothie Strawberry Concentrate
1 1/2 inch banana
14 oz. cup of ice
