Dr. Smoothie pancakes
Makes 14 pancakes
- In a bowl, whisk together Dr. Smoothie Concentrate, dry pancake mix, milk Eggs until slightly lumpy.
- Heat a skillet over low-medium flame.
- Add butter to skillet and allow to melt.
- Let pancake cook for 3-5 minutes, until bubles start to evaporate, then flip over and cook on the other side 1-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Layer on top of one another and serve immediately.
Option:Suggested Dr. Smoothie Concentrate: Banana Smoothie, Pineapple Paradise, Peach Pear Apricot and Mango Tropics. Substitute butter for non-stick pan spray.
