Here are some quick and easy fruit smoothie recipes from Dr. Smoothie himself. These all natural smoothie recipes are fat free, rich in anti-oxidants, lactose free, contain no high fructose corn syrup (when made with our 100% Crushed™ Fruit Smoothie concentrate), and provide 3 full servings of fresh fruit per 16 oz. smoothie!

These fruit smoothie recipes are great for breakfast, as an after workout cool down, or simply a healthy treat. You can also add protein powder to any smoothie recipe below for a delicious meal replacement smoothie.

Many of our recipes are great for beginners and very easy to use, it’s as easy as 123. Add our whole fruit concentrate, water, ice and blend; it’s that simple. Additionally, we’ve included some specialty recipes that require a few more ingredients but make the perfect blended beverage.

Strawberry Banana Cabana

Yield: 12 oz. meal

3.5 oz. Dr. Smoothie Açaí-plus concentrate
2 oz. soymilk
2 oz. water
2 tbsp. Dr. Smoothie Soy Protein Isolate
1 inch banana
2 oz. cup of ice
1/3 cup granola

Add the ingredients, in the order listed above except granola and blend.
Pour mixture into a bowl or cup and top with granola.
Option: top with granola and fruits.



Emerald Cider

Blended with Matcha Green Tea Latte

4 oz. apple juice or cider
1 70cc scoop of Matcha Green Tea Latte
1 tsp. of Ginger Spiced Chai
14 oz. ice

Options: Top with whipped cream and green crystals

2 oz. water
4 oz. Dr. Smoothie Blueberry Banana Concentrate
1 tbsp. Dr. Smoothie Vanilla Cream

Prep: Combine vodka, Dr. Smoothie
Lemon-ADE, Dr. Smoothie Peach Pear Apricot in shaker.
• Shake vigorously.
• Top with champagne.

An old favorite brought up to modern standards. The sweetness of pear, finished by a dry cleanse of champagne.

1-1/2 oz. Sauza Hornitos tequila ¼ oz. Dr. Smoothie Lime
¼ oz. Dr. Smoothie Lemon-ADE
¾ oz. triple sec
¾ - 1- ½ oz. Dr. Smoothie Strawberry (3/4 oz for on the rocks, 1-1/2 oz. if blending)

Prep: Combine all ingredients in blender (or shaker).
• Blend until smooth, if blending.
• Shake and pour, if on rocks.
• Pour into glass.

Traditional Mojito

1-1/2 oz. Bacardi Light ruM
½ to ¾ oz. Dr. Smoothie Lime
¼ oz. Dr. Smoothie Lemon-ADE
2 lime wedges
5-8 mint leaves

Fill with soda water
Prep: Combine mint and Dr. Smoothie Lemon-ADE, muddle in glass.
• Combine the rest of the ingredients, except soda water in shaker.
• Shake well.
• Mix contents of shaker with those in the glass 3-4 times.
• Leave in glass, fill with soda water.
